４日目 4th Day BBQ

朝は姉の親友田中さんのところにお邪魔しました。５歳のビジュアル系のリョウ君はアメリカンスクールに行っているので英語が得意。エマと上手に英語を話していました。姉の娘のレナちゃんとリョウ君は「普段一人っ子だからお兄さんお姉さんになるいい機会」とかなり楽をさせていただきました＾＾私は一人抜けて２年留学のあと帰ってくるつもりだったので解約していなかった、そして最近まですっかり忘れていた銀行口座を父と解約してきました。１９歳のときに貯めていたバイト代が結構残っていて今回の飛行機代が半分以上ここから出ることになりました。３件銀行を回った後もう一度田中さんのところに送ってもらいBBQをパラソルの下でいただきました。食後は暑いので今度は中でイチゴのカキ氷もいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。

We visited my sister's good friend in the morning. She has a handsome 5-year-old boy. He goes to American school, so he was talking to Emma in English. My niece and he are only children in the family, so my sister and her friend made them take care of Emma and Lydia so that they could grow up. Ooo, I liked that :) While they were playing, my dad and I went to three banks to cancel my accounts. There were money that I used to keep when I was 19 and more than half of our flight ticket cost could be paid off from here. After this, I went back to my kids and had BBQ and shaved ice with strawberry syrup.
８日目には大阪女学院高校の同窓会があります。姉に「アメリカのファッションはちょっと頂けないものがあるで」と言われ、自分でも「確かに地味かも、確かに普段着過ぎるかも、確かに野暮ったいかも」と色々反省し、日本のファッションをよく知っている姉と田中さんに服を買いに連れて行ってもらいました。私は結構シックなものが好きなのに姉に「これじゅんっぽい」とタイのお坊さんみたいなオレンジと茶色の縞々のマタニティ（姉の反論は承知・・・笑）を薦められ２時間色々試着した挙句意見が合わず何も買わずに退却。子供たちはそのまま一緒に帰ってもらって私は母の英会話の先生の肥後先生のところにお邪魔して色々アメリカと日本のことでお話させていただきました。

I am going to my high school reunion on the 8th day. It was a very fasionable high school. My sister advised that my casual fashion was not appropriate for the reunion, so I should go shopping. It was true, my clothes were simpler, too casual, and not anywhere fashionable. My sister and her friend took me shopping. I prefer a chic style but my sister brought me a maternity (which is considered fashionable these years) with orange and brown stripes that reminded me of Thailand monks! I tried many others for 2 hours but my sister and I din't agree, so we came home without buying anything. My sister took my kids home and I visited my church friends to ask them about genealogy.
